Hi I'm Jamie

I work with people of all abilities with a range of goals from losing weight and getting fitter to improving health or just relieving stress and feeling better.

My approach is simple, we have a chat, discuss your goals, abilities, like and dislikes then we agree an initial plan for you to follow.


Personal Training

We will work together to plan and design an achievable programme tailored to your fitness goals.

Our personal training sessions are held at Roger Bettles Sports Centre in Oadby, here we have access to state of the art gym facilities without the added memberships costs.

It is difficult to know if personal training is for you, so we offer a FREE 30 minute consultation to establish your current fitness and health. Next we establish what I can do to help you achieve your goals and answer any questions you may have.

There is no age limit or restriction on ability and no matter what has prevented your progress in the past, we will design training sessions that are effective and fun.

1 hour session of £50-£60 (minimum 6 people, maximum 8 people)

15% discount on all block bookings

NB. All sessions are non-refundable. A minimum of 12 Hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange your appointment, else the full cost of the session will still apply.
