   Jamie Duggan - Personal Trainer

I started my Health and Fitness Career in 2000 as a full time fitness instructor. Working on the gym floor gave me an insight into how many clients were working out incorrectly with poor technique and posture. I would also see people do the same exercises week after week and gradually losing motivation due to lack of results.

After repeatedly observing these common mistakes I went onto do a personal training qualification where I gained the knowledge and expertise to help these clients achieve more from their workouts.  I'm really passionate about helping people get to their goals and I don't believe there is anyone out there who can't set realistic targets and make them happen. Your workout doesn't have to totally exhaust you, and it doesn't have to be boring, but you have to want to succeed and make changes.

I also firmly believe that  personal training is an investment in your health and well being - not just an expensive luxury. People spend a fortune on a quick fix, like cosmetic surgery or plough all their energy into short term faddy diets, but an investment in personal training can adjust your weight, shape and nutrition in a steady sensible manner that will help for the rest of your life.
