I"m a 1-1 Personal Trainer and Online Coach based in the UK who specialises in body tranformations, posture correction and injury rehabilitation. I help people of all abilities increase strength and muscle mass, lose body fat, feel healthier and achieve your full potential.

I achieve this by creating bespoke results-focused Online Personal Training and Nutrition Plans, based on an individual's lifestyle and fitness goals while providing weekly personalised coaching/exercise videos. All this while ensuring we're taking a no-nonsense, evidence-based approach.

Your custom meal plan for you calculated to the exact caloric and macronutrient intake for your goals with full recipes and weekly shopping list

As part of building an overall healthier lifestyle I can also set and track custom habits such as water intake, intermittent fasting and meditation sessions. I can also provide accountability for additional lifestyle goals you would like to set

Onboarding

Upon sign up, you will receive your online lifestyle questionnaire and PARQ. This questionnaire provides me with all the information I need to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme.

Bespoke Training & Nutrition Plans

I am NOT one of those Online Personal Trainers who will just send you a generic plan and let you crack on. Instead, the training programme I create will be research-based and specifically designed to build, sculpt and develop your desired physique.

I will completely remove the nutrition guesswork! You'll know exactly how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be consuming each day. You'll know what foods to eat, what foods to avoid (or consume in moderation), as well as when and what to eat to optimise your training and recovery, all while enjoying delicious recipes. Your plan will educate you on the nutritional and caloric value of different foods to cultivate lifelong healthy eating habits.

Weekly Check-in

Each week, we will arrange a check-in time that will provide me with information beyond what I can acquire from tracking your training and nutrition alone. The check-in will inform me of anything you might be struggling with, your likes, dislikes, any changes that might be required, your energy levels, mood, sleep, weight etc. Using this information, along with your exercise and diet tracking, I'll provide you with personalised feedback.

Unlimited Support
As well as receiving a personalised feedback each week, you'll also be able to message me directly via the Expert PT App, at any time.

I will be your full-time Personal Trainer/Coach – there to support, motivate and guide you through your body transformation.

There is no age limit or restriction on ability and no matter what has prevented your progress in the past, we will design training sessions that are effective and fun.
